Updated: ACA reporting form 2022 due dates

Large employers should be prepared to provide healthcare reporting forms to their workers in the coming months, notes the Society for Human Resource Management.

Employers with 50 or more full-time employees are required to provide the forms to employees by March 2, 2022, SHRM says. This is a permanent annual extension.

  • If eFiling the forms, they are due to the IRS on March 31.

  • Paper forms are due to the IRS by Feb. 28.
