EEOC offers guidance on vaccine issues facing employers

The U.S. Equal Opportunity Opportunity Commission has issued new COVID-19 guidance on how employers should tackle worker vaccination issues, notes SESCO Management Consultants.

Among the issues the EEOC addresses are the confidentiality of an employee’s vaccination status, whether employers can offer incentives for workers to get their shots, and whether employers may offer vaccines to some of their workers and not others, the consulting firm says.
