SHRM offers tips for companies returning to the workplace

The Society for Human Resource Management is offering suggestions for employers looking to resume operations at the workplace.

Among the ideas: put together a reopening team who will tackle issues relating to the return to in-person work, send out a survey to get feedback from employees and create new health and safety guidelines, says a recent blog post from SHRM.
